When and where does the class meet?

Mondays & Thursdays, August 3 – September 24, 2026, 5:30–9:30 pm, at 1409 Kingsley Ave., Bldg 2, Orange Park, FL 32073.

Can I reserve my seat with a deposit?

Yes — a $250 deposit holds your seat; the balance is due one week before class starts. Once your deposit is in, the school emails you all the details. Note: deposits are non-refundable, but with an approved request made 15 days before class you can move your registration to a different class date.

What's included in the $475?

Tuition includes your book, a study guide of important points to remember, review, and the end-of-class exam — taught live by a highly recommended instructor.

What do I need to become an agent in Florida?

Be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have a U.S. social security number, pass a state-approved pre-license course (this one), then pass the state exam.

Is the school state-approved?

Yes — First Class Real Estate School is approved by the Florida DBPR (school license ZH1002782, instructor license ZH1003831).

What if my plans change?

Refunds requested in writing 30 days before the class start date are honored (deposits are non-refundable). You can also request to move to a different class date up to 15 days before class — and you have one year from your original class date to take another class.

What should I bring to class?

A pen, pencil, highlighter, calculator and flashcards. Laptops aren't recommended.
